Got a good workout running and walking handing out candy in the St. James
Railroad days parade this evening in St. James, MN!
An Internist (Doctor) suggested the ease of a 45 minute a day walk as being a stress-reducer and a boon to fitness and health. I intend to follow her advice from now on! Join me and my two dogs, will you? Keep your records and I will relate to you mine. The dogs love and NEED their walks, and so do I!
