I forced myself to get in a 45 minute walk today, I walked from 636-721 only 45 minutes and it was utter misery!
Feeling extremely stressed and uninspired. The air was very hot and very humid. Most of all the mosquitoes and gnats were out in full force...
To cheer up my soul, when I got home I wrote a poem for my poem blog.
I must confess I am glad I walked for 45 minutes a day for 7 days in a row so far, but tonight's walk was sheer torture!
